Definition: "Portals of Light are a mechanism for communication and bring the flow of blessings from God in a concentrated form." The conferral law: "You cannot build a Portal of Light, beloved souls. You have not the capacity or the ability to do so, but you may pray for this blessing and this blessing is conferred upon those who have made a commitment"; "we do not act unless this blessing is conferred by God's Will." Construction and composition: a team of spirits formulates the gift, which "is made of energy and it has substance." Maintenance: "The energy within a portal is sustained with prayer and desire." Weight: "These portals are not conferred lightly." Ignition: "the beginnings of each of these portals were ignited by the Master Jesus as a gift to you all." Proliferation: "It is God's will that this particular and unique blessing may proliferate in your world helping to elevate the conditions." That last is the law [[2019-01-26 Establishing Portals|2019-01-26-af-seretta-kem]] teaches, that God gives a portal and prayer sustains it: "You cannot build a Portal of Light... sustained with prayer." ### 2016-08-27 - [[2016-08-27 This Is Hallowed Ground|This Is Hallowed Ground]] How the portal came to be: built up over time by human prayer, told in the language of consecration (hallowed, consecrated, dispensation). The portal's origin, told by the one who ignited it. ### 2018-11-21 - [[2018-11-21 On the Value of Building Portals of Light|On the Value of Building Portals of Light]] The mechanics and the human share of the work: portals "act in some ways like a machine that functions to bring and focus energy," enabling spirit "to make connection and rapport more readily to the material world"; the bridge built from both ends, "You are one side and we are the other and we work together to weave this connection"; the anchoring account, sustained presence in a place dedicated to prayer is what lets the conduit be created ("when you establish yourself in a certain place for some time dedicated to prayer, then you facilitate... the possibility of working with us"); and the purpose, connection to "the great lattice of light" and stability "given the unstable conditions of your world." But any place within these beautiful grounds are adequate." The thread's boundary: portals concentrate blessing; they do not gate contact. No portal vocabulary appears in the Frankfurt and Serbia messages from any spirit, unlike the Blackpool messages.
