# The Divine Love Messages Archive Within the human soul is a longing that nothing in this world satisfies. It stirs in silence and stillness, a poignant reminder that there is more to life than what the material world gives us. If that longing has brought you here, you are in good company. Seekers in every age have felt it, and many understood that the desire of the soul was never meant to be answered by the world at all. We come to know God, not as a theory the mind works out, but as a living, loving Presence, and in that same light we come to know our true selves, perhaps for the very first time. Step by step, the road leads home, to at-onement with our Heavenly Father. The messages gathered here are an invitation to begin. They come from spirits who once walked this earth. They speak of God, of the soul, of prayer and healing, of truth and error, of faith and service, and of love. It is not an idea to be grasped or a feeling to be summoned, but a living gift, and God longs to give it to every soul. It differs from the natural, human love we are born with. Natural love is beautiful and real, yet it can reach only as far as the soul's own capacity allows. Divine Love is infinitely more: God's own nature, flowing into the soul in answer to sincere prayer and honest longing, finding lodgment there, and changing the soul from within. Not doctrines or religion, but how to cultivate a living relationship with God through asking for and receiving the inflowing of God's Love into the depths of the soul. The messages gathered here carry that teaching forward, given by Jesus and many Celestial spirits who walk with him. God answers according to the depth of our desire, so the more truly we call to Him from the soul, rather than from the mind or out of habit, the more deeply His Love comes. As His Love enters, a transformation begins that the messages call the New Birth. The soul awakens. Some of the most moving messages in this archive come from them, and I would not trade a single one for a more famous name. One thing is worth knowing before you read far. These spirits do not always agree with the traditions built around their names, and several return expressly to set the record straight.
