# Healing Circles and Healing Merkabas A healing circle or healing merkaba is a powerful group practice in which participants come together in prayer to channel God's healing energies to those in need — both those present and souls far away, in the flesh or in spirit. Seretta Kem has confirmed the effectiveness of this practice and identified three essential conditions for it to work: 1. **Clear intention** — participants come with a sincere desire to facilitate healing 2. **Love** — the healing flows through love, not technique 3. **Receptivity** — the recipients are open to receiving these energies --- ## Building a Local Healing Circle A healing circle is simple to create and very effective. 1. **Arrange seating in a circle** — participants sit close together in a round shape. Avoid irregular arrangements that break the circle's form. 2. **Begin with silent prayer** (approximately 10 minutes) — without joining hands, each person connects with the Heavenly Father, asking for His angels to join the healing effort and for His healing energies to flow. If the group has already spent substantial time in prayer, this phase can be shorter. 3. **Join hands** — once connected, focus together on the recipients of healing. If someone cannot hold hands, they should maintain the circle by touching knees with those beside them. If someone is uncomfortable, it is better for them to sit outside the circle than to break it. 4. **Receive the healing energies** — concentrate on receiving Father's healing energies for all present and any specific individuals you have named. The energy flow can be quite powerful — participants sometimes feel a strong current and may have difficulty staying seated. The circle should remain connected until the energies naturally subside (often ten minutes or more). Ask participants to signal if they are still receiving energy if the leader is uncertain whether it has stopped. 5. **Conclude in prayer** — if the merkaba step is not being done, spend at least one minute in silent prayer before releasing. --- ## Building a Healing Merkaba A merkaba is a ball of healing Light and Love built by the group and released to travel to many recipients simultaneously. A designated leader guides the group through the process. 1. **Prepare** — invite all assisting spirits to help build the energy field. Invite participants to hold in mind those they would like included in the healing. A geographic area can also be named. 2. **Ground yourself** — remove shoes and place both feet firmly on the ground. 3. **Visualize the ball forming** — with eyes closed, see a small ball of Light beginning to form in the centre of the group. Ask God, the Source of all Life and Love, to fill it with as much Love as it can hold. 4. **Expand the ball** — as Love fills it, watch the ball grow until it rests gently across everyone's knees. Fill it with the names and images of those you love, your intentions for healing, and good wishes for yourself, your loved ones, and the world. 5. **Become part of the ball** — allow the ball to continue growing until it encompasses the entire circle, then the entire room, then the entire building. As it grows, all the thoughts and intentions of every participant — conscious and unconscious — are absorbed within it. 6. **Release the ball** — when it feels full and ready, allow it to rise and fly toward its destinations. As it travels, it divides into thousands of smaller balls, each following its own path to the recipients you named and many more beyond. 7. **Ground and centre** — release hands and take a moment in quiet stillness to ground and centre yourselves. --- ## Notes - Do not rotate the ball too quickly during the building phase, as those with spirit vision may become disoriented. - Those receiving energy through the circle sometimes feel physical sensations of warmth or electrical current. These are harmless. - Seretta Kem has noted that when participants join hands, they share not only spiritual energies but even physical elements — a profound expression of being spiritual brothers and sisters. - The merkabas built in these circles can grow very large — sometimes estimated at half a mile wide or more. - Do not be concerned if you forgot to name someone specifically. Anyone within your conscious or unconscious awareness at the time of building is included in the ball. --- *Source: new-birth.net — Healing Circles and Healing Merkabas* *Referenced in: [[2015-11-28 Healing Merkaba|2015-11-28-af-seretta-kem]]*
